Brand Superiority
The name of ZJS was initially mistakenly thought as a name of real estate,but now it is a synonym of the exp-

Information & Technology Superiority
ERP of ZJS is made of 17 sub-systems, which are divided into operation,customer service and integrated manageement.
  From the front end of usage of COMMERCR to warehouse management system (WMS), bar code, GPS, customer resource management (CRM), RRM and customer online query system,all domestic branches and subordinate business points are linked to the network with all operational information shared across the network. Severs between subsidiaries and the head office employ hardware-based cryptographic equipments to secure all the information. Connection between information systems of some customers and cooperated network company is now implemented by a variety of technical means.

At the moment, ZJS uses high-tech professional PDA to remotely assign missions, work base information input and output, feedback of signing for information, image scanning written permissions through GPS network.
